You will receive:

  • House Delivered Bedroom designs include: furniture selections, flooring/ rug selections as needed, wall finish selections, paint as needed, lighting design and selection, art selection and placement, incorporation of existing items as desired by the client, bedding (both retail and custom as is appropriate), window treatments, and accessories & placement.

  • All mood boards/ inspiration boards, drawings, spreadsheets, and documents are sent to you via a Dropbox link. You’re free to save the folder to your own computer, server, or Dropbox account. Your Dropbox folder includes all drawings, documents, mood boards and photographs with notes and details for your design project.

  • The files you receive include a concept board, a floor-plan of your room, furniture placement drawn to scale, a color and mood board, selections for furniture and accessories, elevations of important details for your space, window treatment design, an organized shopping guide complete with pricing, and thorough instructions on how to implement your design.

  • One revision is included and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your design plan. Any additional revisions will be charged an hourly fee of $175 inclusive of 19% VAT. 

  • A 3-D rendering of your space is available as an additional add-on.

  • You will have your finished design 4-6 weeks after we receive your style assessment and payment. 

Pricing: 

  • $2750.00

Once we receive your payment, we will get the process started to your customized eDesign 

  • We will email you within 3-5 business days the welcome packet which includes the House Delivered Agreement, Style Assessment, and Instructions.

  • We then ask you to forward digital photos of the space or spaces that we will be working on as well as some exterior photos of your home, so that we fully understand the architectural style with which we are working.

  • Next, we will need accurate measurements of the space we are designing. We provide you with a step-by-step guide for both measuring and photographing your space to ensure we have just what we need to get started.

  • We need an idea of the budget for the room's furnishings. You will have an opportunity to indicate this on the Style Assessment that you will fill out before we begin designing.

  • We will also need an idea of what you love and the feel you want to achieve in your space. We gain insight for this through the Style Assessment.

  • We will send you a status email at least once per week with the progress until the final design is delivered to you. We will also respond to any questions or concerns you may have emailed to us in this weekly status email. 

  • We will be happy to provide "service after the sale" up to 14 days after the final design has been delivered to you. Each House Delivered plan allows for one change with any other change billed at our hourly rate of $175.

How will purchasing and implementation work?

First, you’re under no obligation to move forward with my recommendations. You’re in charge of how and when you move forward with implementing the plan or which portion to implement.

You use the spreadsheet we provide to make orders, all of the details you need to order are on there. In some cases we recommend “Trade” items and we will handle those orders for you once you are ready to purchase. In all cases JHD does not make any profit from your purchases. Because we don’t make profit on your purchases the recommendations are not influenced by income.

House Delivered does mean that you handle scheduling deliveries, scheduling and planning labor such as painting and lighting installation, installation of furniture and decorating yourself.  Jamie House Design is not responsible for quality of products from companies. We do our best to only specify items from upstanding companies that are known to produce well made products. Jamie House Design is not responsible for any issues that arise with purchases, deliveries, availability of products, and installation of products.

If you are in the Houston area JHD is available to assist in installation of furniture, drapery, lighting, laying of rugs, etc at a rate of $175 an hour + delivery/ installation fees.

How long will this take?

Before we get started we need images and dimensions from you. We also send you a questionnaire to tell us how you live in/want to live in your space, how much you want to spend, and your project expectations.

After JHD has received your information you’ll receive your complete design within 4-6 weeks.

What do I need to do to get started?

  • Payment.

  • Send us images of your space.

  • We’ll send you details for providing room measurements to us. Design work cannot begin until all items requested by JHD have been received by JHD.

  • Share any ideas you’ve already pulled together. (Pinterest or Houzz boards are good)

  • Share the dimensions of your space with us. (Instructions for this is provided.)
